Nothing on this website is dental or medical advice, and nothing here creates a dentist–patient relationship. The articles, treatment pages and guides we publish are general education. They cannot account for your teeth, your gums, your medical history or your medication.
No treatment described here is suitable for everyone, and outcomes vary from person to person. Any timeframe, comparison or description of a procedure is a general indication only — what is right for you can only be determined by an in-person examination and, usually, imaging.
Do not delay seeking professional advice, or disregard advice you have already been given, because of something you read on this site. If you have severe pain, facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, or difficulty breathing or swallowing, treat it as urgent and seek immediate care — do not wait for a reply to a web form.
Appointments and enquiries
Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. We aim to respond during our opening hours, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 10pm, but we do not guarantee a response time, and forms are not monitored outside those hours.
Please give us reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, so the time can be offered to another patient.
Deposits and payments
Where we ask for a deposit to secure an appointment, it is taken through our payment providers, Stripe or PayPal. Payment details are entered with them directly and never pass through this website.
Deposits are applied to the cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can and we will deal with your deposit reasonably and in line with what we agreed with you at the time of booking. Any refund is returned by the same method it was paid.
Amounts shown on this site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment is made from outside Malaysia, your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.
Using this website
You may read, print and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- republish, sell or systematically copy our content, including scraping it for another website or to train a commercial model;
- present our text, photographs or patient reviews as your own;
- use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to it;
- submit anyone else's personal details through our forms without their permission.

The text, photographs, graphics, page designs and the Damansara Dental Studio name and logo on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Product and brand names belonging to others — including Invisalign, Damon and Philips Zoom — remain the property of their respective owners, and are used here to describe the systems we work with.
Patient reviews reproduced on this site are quoted from their original public source. Any clinical photograph shown is of an actual patient of the studio, published with consent, and illustrates that patient's result only — not a result you should expect.

Where we link to another website, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely current. Details such as treatments offered, opening hours and contact information can change. We may update or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
